Redefining the development team

Built on community

Flagstaff inspired

Taking inspiration from the worlds first International Dark Sky City, Flagstaff has endless defining features. From astronomy, forestry, and Native American history to railways and Route 66, there is tons to discover and experience.

Team focused

With a focus on development local talent, we also aim to engage our team in community events. Trail work days, cycling advocacy, event volunteering, and sharing the amazing natural resources on offer.

Community driven

In a sport often viewed as highly individual, we emphasize the team component, recognizing the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. By practicing together regularly, riders will be pushed by each other to become the best version of themself.

Support our team

We are actively looking for partners and sponsors who share our vision for the future of mountain bike in the Southwest.

Not for profit

Non-profit means all donations and partner contributions go directly back into the team and setting our riders up for success today and for the future.
